We come together at ´El Retiro Lodge´ at 10 O'clock. Then transfer to our put-in, puente Jutbal, a few kilometres from Lanquin. After a very complete safety instruction we descend the middle Cahabón with some large and exiting rapids like Rock & Roll, Entonces and Las tres hermanas. On the way we have a very good lunch along the riverside. This day will be a special mixture of big rapids, Q'eqchi  Indians, subtropical jungle and birdlife. Shortly after the last big rapid we take out at puente hamaca Chivité and take you back to Lanquin. We will be back around 4 O'clock.
